Does this come in a fish/ seafood formula? My cats don't like poultry..

Poor packaging causing damage

I have had to contact customer service several times regarding the same issue. On these occasions, product is shipped with NO internal packaging. The products are

I have had to contact customer service several times regarding the same issue. On these occasions, product is shipped with NO internal packaging. The products are loose and get knocked around to the point of damage. It did not help that the FedEx driver dropped the package at delivery and it was soaking wet. Several cans on this order were dented beyond use. Customer service does offer a refund on the damage but I tire of complaining about the same issue. Plus, it takes time to make this call and I am out the product I needed. This could all be avoided if your fulfillment took the time to use proper internal packaging, which is standard.

I loved that the ingredients are actually chicken and compared to my cats old food, which was changed without notice and made him sick, this actually has chicken

Cat, Jax, refused to eat it. So shared with all our cats and none of them would eat it! Then tried mixing with their other dry food and they still refused to eat

I am not a big fan of feeding dry food to cats for health reasons but I do use this item as a "topper" on their protein canned food. The ingredients on this food

I am not a big fan of feeding dry food to cats for health reasons but I do use this item as a "topper" on their protein canned food. The ingredients on this food serves my cats better in regard to urinary tract wellness. My cats prefer the chicken flavor over any other flavor with this brand.

7 of 11 cats adjusted well changing from Purina Tender Selects to Purina Pro Plan Adult Urinary Tract Health Formula. Per vet suggestion, I mixed it with their regular food for the first few days and then gradually only gave the Urinary Pro Plan. Seven of eleven seem to like it, but the remaining four will barely nibble at it and now prefer wet food. I had previously tried the regular Purina Urinary Tract dry food, of which none of the eleven would eat. The Pro Plan version is preferred.

I tried to give this food to all three of my cats and not one of them would even touch it. They all sniffed it and walked away. I’m not sure if the food was bad
