Feed 1 can per 3 to 3-1/2 lbs of body weight daily. Adjusted as needed. Divide into 2 or more meals.
Although you'll be anxious to see the difference Pro Plan can make in your dog, please allow 7 - 10 days to ease the transition from your dog's current food. Each day, simply feed a little less of the previous food and a little more Pro Plan until you're feeding Pro Plan exclusively. This gradual transition will help avoid dietary upsets.
So sorry to say, neither cat did not like this can food, I used the first can and they ate about a teaspoon of it, so I waited a day or two and tried again, but they refused to eat this. I have the Purina dry cat food for Sensitive Skin and Stomach and they really like that, but not this can food. Is is possible to return it for a refund or credit.??? Thanks, Marlene
My cat has been having problems spitting up and the occasional throw up. He is almost 14 years old, so I just wanted to try it. So far there have been some accidents, but not as much as before. I wish they did a grilled kind, because he's not a huge fan of pate.
My 2 senior cats are very difficult to feed but seem to accept this Tuna and Oat Meal Entree without difficulty. The key is to change food at every meal and to give them small portions more often.
I know most of our cats are really picky eaters, but so far this food has lasted the longest in their cycle. It significantly helps with sensitive stomach vomiting and itching, we've come to rely on it now and even switched over to their dry food as well.
At first, my picky 15-1/2 yr. old cat liked it, then eventually he has gotten to where he only eats a little of it. Was hoping he would go for it but looks like I'll revert back to regular canned cat food.
My cats like this but not 100%. I think this is good and I would recommend it I would consider buying this again
my new cat loves it and her stools are perfect. She is a little female cat from 6 years. In the beginning, I gave her, half can in the morning and half can in the evening and she ate also from Proplan dry food foo sensiitive skin and stomach. Her stools became soft, now I only give her wet food, a half can in the morning and the rest of the day she gets her dry food. Her stools are perfect. my vet recommend Proplan, she loves it. My dog get also Pro plan, Very good brand. And great fast service from chewy.
While we only have one furry with sensitive skin, the others love this food as well. It has helped to improve the condition of the sensitive boy.
I have 4 rescues and none of them will touch this food. They just sniff and walk away, ugh! It’s so hard trying to find a food that everyone will eat. So the search continues…
My Mom has bought me several types of pate & so far this is my fav!
