Small kibble bites that are easy for Toote to chew.

Toote is getting older and has lost some of his teeth. He was having problems chewing his other food. Toote likes Chase's veterinary Royal Canon small kibble food and the Purina pro plan small breed dog foodskibbl is the same size. I thought I'd try it. So glad I did! Toote loves it and has no trouble chewing this food. In fact, he is waiting at the pantry door at meal times!

Both debeloped what seems to be BVS ..

I carefully changed them over to this food from Nulo over the course of a few weeks. They had absolutely no issues for over a month, but now both of them must be fed every 6 hours or they throw up bile. Neither of them EVER had this issue prior to this food. And suddenly both develop it around the exact same time just a couple months after starting this food.. I’m going to switch to the sensitive stomach one. I’m not sure if its the food that caused this in them or what. For reference I feed them multiple small meals throughout the day already and they get plenty of food as both are slightly overweight. They both have normal bloodwork and fecal panels and the only symptom is vomiting bile and the only new thing is this food.. Hopefully changing it helps.

The "shreds" are like topper

My dog seemed to tire of the salmon and rice Purina Pro Plan, so we tried the Lamb and Rice with Shreds. He loves it! He won't say if it's the flavor or the shreds

I've been trying to find a healthy dog food for months. Doodles typically do not do well with any kind of chicken. I tried 2 other online sellers but he didn't really like them.i wanted to add this along with fresh veggies,, or some cottage cheese,, or eggs. He would just pick out his veggies and put the kibble on the floor. I decided to try Chewy, and was happy there is SOOO many choices of Premium Dog food. I have read many articles that Purina Pro Plan was a good choice and found one with lamb . Hes eating much better and I haven't noticed any kind of side affects.. Vomiting, Diarrhea, or pooping problems. Also much cheaper than the others.

Quality Control lacking

There was a baseball size gloop of something about 2/3rds down in my bag of dog food. It was like a mass of molasses or something gooey with bits of dog food dust

There was a baseball size gloop of something about 2/3rds down in my bag of dog food. It was like a mass of molasses or something gooey with bits of dog food dust rolled up in it. It was gross. I didn't take a picture, sorry. I don't need a picture to prove it was there. I am saying it was there. For the high price of dog food, I think they could put some more care in what we are feeding our dogs. I am looking for an alternative now.
