How long (in feet) is the tube?

The hose is 6 feet long.

What is the inner diameter of the hose. I'm am looking for a siphon tube and hose that I can connect to a small exterior canister filter to do gravel vacuuming in between water changes.

The inside diameter of the mini and small hose is 1/4 of an inch and 1/2 of an inch for the medium, large, and extra large hose.

In order to add water to the tank, how long should I let tap water stand in order for the chlorine to evaporate?

Make sure water is flowing properly through your power filter. Adjust the heater to the proper temperature. It will take 24 hours for the temp to stabilize and you may have to adjust your setting. Wait 24 hours to ensure all equipment is working properly before adding fish.

Good for smaller tanks

It does get clogged pretty easily. But it’s small enough for getting into the corners and hard to reach spots behind plants and hardscape. Another plus is that it

Siphon sold separately doesn’t fit.

Without a siphon to start the flow, not usable. Years ago, I used my mouth, swallowed some water and became deathly sick.
