My Guinea Pigs Love It

I just purchased this hay for the first time. My animals really like the Rabbit Hole Medium Timothy Hay, so I thought I would give this Mountain Grass a chance

I just purchased this hay for the first time. My animals really like the Rabbit Hole Medium Timothy Hay, so I thought I would give this Mountain Grass a chance. When I opened the box, I knew right away they were going to like it. It is very green and fragrant. When I offered it to them, they started eating it immediately. It is very soft, so I will probably give it as a treat hay. I would definitely purchase this item again.

Product is Hit ot Miss...

This grass/hay is very inconsistent. Sometimes the blades are very long and sometimes very short. Short blades make it harder for the guinea pigs to eat as it falls

This grass/hay is very inconsistent. Sometimes the blades are very long and sometimes very short. Short blades make it harder for the guinea pigs to eat as it falls through the hay container and is just a mass of 'flake' on the floor. I'm allergic to Timothy grass, have tried various others and this is their favorite so it's shame it's not always 'long blade' as I end up throwing a lot of it away.
