I received the Small size Thermo Bucket Belt. It did not fit my 3 gallon waterer, but did fit my chick waterer, approx. 1 gallon. The connector springs are super tight, I could only get one connected, could have used plyers but didn't have them handy at the time. All that being said I checked the water the next morning after a little snow had fallen and the water wasn't frozen. It did the job...but I prefer a heated base being I use the gravity waterer.
Probably great, likely brand-specific

I use plastic 2 gallon buckets to water my flock, and they usually stay liquid well enough through most of the winter. I wanted to try this heating system largely because it turns on and off automatically depending on the temperature. These water heaters are only designed to fit the Rent a Coop brand buckets - they are for 2 and 4 gallon buckets with that watering system. They do not seem to be able to stretch enough to fit the generic buckets I use. I am still hopeful about having automatic water heaters, but am not able to vouch for these without purchasing Rent a Coop waterers. Pro’s: Auto temp sensing Long enough cord to reach an out of the way outlet Attach to bucket easily with hooks and Velcro Fine print: Read it thoroughly. Not necessarily easily transferable to any other watering system/method
Works great!

I placed this heater around a 5 gallon bucket full of water to compare it to an unheated bucket. Both are in the chicken house after several days of 20 degrees the unheated bucket has frozen over on top but the heated one is still unfrozen and not cold! It passed the test so now I will get a bucket watered and make my chicken chores much easier! No more chicken manure in the water, yay!
Excellent and easy to set up!

Worked great did not fit my larger water well and was not hot on the outward facing side. Was not hard to install on the water container at all. I would definitely
