Does it have a measuring explanation on what one part is?

One part is an inexact measurement. It can mean, for example, 1 ounce, 1 tablespoon or 1 cup. As long as the same measuring unit is used it will work correctly. If you use 1 ounce of powder you would mix into not more than three ounces of water.

Will this work for superworms?

My dairy cow isopods have been growing big and fat and reproducing quite rapidly with a little bit of Bug Burger as part of their diet. The powder is so convenient; a little spritz of water, and it is good to go. Considering I need to spritz the terrarium for the isopods anyway, it works well. I've not had issue with them eating it all up before it spoils. Plus, it means my isopods are extra nutritious when I feed a few to the frogs.
