Questions & Answers

2 Customer Questions

What heat bulbs can be used in these fixtures for a 20 gallon Western Hognose tank?
Answer by Chewy • May 26, 2020
These versatile lamps can handle bulbs up to 100 watts and work great for blue spotted ceramic heat emitters, sunning lamps, infrared lights, day lights, mercury vapor lamps and more.

How deep are these? Would they properly mask a 6 inch bulb?
Answer by Chewy • May 24, 2020
These fixtures are 5.5-inches long and would not be appropriate for a 6 inch bulb.

Happyish little wrong

Got my lamps. So far ok except one has a dent in it and I just pulled it from the box. They weren't packed all that well. The other one is OK and seems to be working

as described

I got these lamps for the optional lighting in my gecko's terrarium. the depth of the lamp is great for setting them down on the screen without worrying about it melting or getting it too hot. and the switch is sturdy and doesn't seem like it'll break any time soon.
