Arrived broken and full of gunk??

The support team is replacing it. which is why I didn’t give this a 1 star. It arrived looking like it was already used and damaged. The silver part was dented,

The support team is replacing it. which is why I didn’t give this a 1 star. It arrived looking like it was already used and damaged. The silver part was dented, scratched and discolored. There was also a weird white residue on the box and on the bulb.

Damaged? Mysterious Gunk

Received this item with mysterious gunk on the spot where it screws in. Plus the silver area was slightly discolored in areas there as well. Plus if you move it

Received this item with mysterious gunk on the spot where it screws in. Plus the silver area was slightly discolored in areas there as well. Plus if you move it gently you can hear something inside rattling like a broken bulb. I reached out to customer service and am pleased that they are sending a replacement. Really hoping this one comes in better condition.
