This was my first order with Chewy and I expected much better and prompt service. My prescription was approved by my vet, but after it did not promptly ship within

This was my first order with Chewy and I expected much better and prompt service. My prescription was approved by my vet, but after it did not promptly ship within a couple days I had to contact chewy to find out what the hang up was. They then told me that there was an issue they needed to clarify with the vet office, and I had to reach out to my vet for them to contact chewy to clear this up. While eagerly awaiting a needed prescription for my pets, chewy did not notify me of a problem until I reached out.
