This is a complete dislike all the way across the board. It feels like it's mostly rice. I've gradually introduced little by little and she won't even take it at all. I don't appreciate the smell. This was a lot of money to waste for something that seems to be rice and parsley. Rice is a huge ingredient. It seems to be 90% race. That's my perception. Again waste of money

This food looks nothing like the photo. It's a bunch of mushy green rice and barely any meat. I have a small dog and the 7 pouches would be about 15 meals - we're talking over $3/meal for a chihuahua and it's all rice? Tried "just food for dogs" and their ratio is more on par with what a dog should be eating in a day

Very finicky senior dog LOVES this food!

My 9yo German Shepherd is a SUPER finicky eater... sometimes I have to hand feed him to get him to start to eat. He will eat well one day - and not eat the next. When I opened the first package of RC Fresh Health Nutrition, he came over to me and sat down! He has not done this is MANY years! He loves it and I TRUST it because it is made by Royal Canin. It is a little bit more expensive than kibble, but not as expensive as Farmer's Dog ($$$$) - and this food has ALL the research to prove its claims of being a balanced diet for my dog!! Thank you Royal Canin!

It was just a mushed up meal, I un thawed it in the fridge like the instructions, but it still was a mix of mush. My dog would not eat even a piece. I mixed it with canned food and he still wouldn't. I am feeding it mixed up in my big dog meals.

Royal canine fresh food

When I receive the fresh food frozen, it was in one solid block like it had been thawed and frozen back again. The dogs didn’t really carefor it.

Doesn’t meet the full AAFCO standards

I bought the Royal Canin Fresh Health Nutrition Senior Frozen Dog Food for my 10-year-old 20-pound small breed. He loved it, but he is not picky and eats everything. This food works best as a topper, not a full meal. The protein is low, which is not ideal for seniors since older dogs actually need more protein to maintain muscle. The label even notes that some nutrients are not recognized as essential by AAFCO, which is a red flag if you plan to feed this exclusively. The biggest issue was shipping. The ice packs were melted when it arrived, and the bag tore as I pulled it out of the box. That made me question if the food was still safe to use. Overall, it is fine as a mix-in with other higher protein food, but not something I would rely on alone. Shipping quality needs to improve.

Declan and Lily just gobbled it right up and licked the bowl clean.

The dogs (babes) loved it so much! They are so excited to eat and seems like the perfect addition for my picky, Lily!
