My cat loves the scratch pad piece of this one. She's not as keen on the bed, but I think that has more to do with the room it's in than the actual piece. This thing came extremely well packaged. I was glad it arrived early enough that I could let it air out a bit before the cat got to see it because it smelled very strongly. My 7lb cat fits inside the bed, but she only gets up there when I ask her to for now. It's only been a week, though. She may change her mind, or I might move it into another room.

Well-made and a good looking piece of cat furniture. My cats love it, but with three of them, it doesn’t last long. I need to replace it every six months, I wish there was a way to just replace the pole instead of purchasing the entire thing when the rest of it perfect. It’s expensive.

The item just arrived so I have yet to know if the cat likes it (hopeful) but I love it. We got a new cat 4 months ago and I work from home. Our cat loved to sit on my laptop keyboard. I first got a bed that attaches to the desk which she liked a lot but the weight of the bed with her in it seemed to stress the desk too much so I needed an elevated cat bed that was sturdier and wouldn't break the desk. It arrived fully assembled which is awesome. The color is nice. I ordered a fluffy insert to go over the carpet but it is otherwise perfect, for me at least. Hopefully she will warm up to it.

Loved it so much we bought a 2nd one

We loved the first one we ordered so much that we bought a 2nd one. The 2nd one wobbled excessively. I had to remove the carpet on the base, remove the screws and

We loved the first one we ordered so much that we bought a 2nd one. The 2nd one wobbled excessively. I had to remove the carpet on the base, remove the screws and then diagnose the problem. The post was set on top of the carpet which gave it no stability. I cut the carpet. Made sure that it connected flat onto the base and then I drilled new holes and used longer screws. That made it perfect. I did not want to send it back, but the manufacturer should ramp up the quality control before boxing the fully assembled product. I have it 4 stars instead of 5 because I consider 5 stars a perfect product. I still recommend this product.
