Works great on my 3 Rough Coat Collies. They usually struggle during grooming but with this new slicker brush they loved it. It may not remove as much undercoat

I use this for our poodle’s daily brushing, or if we get busy and miss a few days it is still gentle and great for getting our tangles. It’s a good size but not too big where it’s just a giant slicker brush, and our girl is a medium/large size dog about 45 pounds. So it’s been a good size for her. The curved bristles help a lot as well with tangle and getting down to the base of her fur without hurting her.
