My mare literally turned her nose up at this. I sandwiched it between scoops of her normal grain and it was a no go. I also tried mixing it all together, which she found terribly offensive. there’s a lot of pellets in here and they need to eat them all to be fully dewormed. Thankfully (?) my horse refused to touch them so she wasn’t half dewormed. If you have a horse who will eat anything in a bucket then I’m sure this would be a great product

Got these to worm my Mustang who wasn't gentled enough to give a paste. He ate them up no problem. By this point he had learned to eat some concentrated feeds, first alfalfa pellets and then Purina Strategy. I also used it on my picky Thoroughbred and mule. They all ate it without hesitation. IT works too because the mustang, who was still new to domestic life, had lots of visible worms (small strongyles) in his manure the next day. My vet recommended waiting two weeks and re-administering--which I did. This time I didn't see any worms in his manure, which was encouraging.

My go-to dewormer

I have a mule who won't take a paste dewormer so I love that she eats these pellets. I only deworm 2x a year and have them checked once a year.

Very palatable! Very easy!

There are quite a lot of pellets to eat but my horses all ate them right up and would have eaten more. Very easy way to deworm.

This was the perfect way to worm my mouth shy mini donkey! He gobbled them right up without any hesitation! The instructions made it super easy to calculate out how much to feed him for his tiny little body. I just wish they sold them in smaller bags so I wouldn't have so much left over!
