Does this bed have a washable cover?

How do you clean the foam egg crate if it gets peed on so there will be no odor?

If the foam is subject to an accident, the customer should blot the foam, spot wash with mild soap and water, then allow foam to air dry.

Is the surface cover polyester?

Not a fully removable cover!

Prior to ordering this expensive bed, I read the description and reviews about this having a removable cover. BUT the mattress is the only piece that is removable. There is no way to remove the bolster at all, it is completely sewn in and my washing machine cannot fit the cover with the bolster in it (not if I want the entire thing to actually get clean). Unfortunately now I will have to discard this because it cannot be cleaned properly. Such a shame because it holds up pretty well and does help her old achy joints.
