Not as advertised
Dimensions for this product showed that this would be deeper and longer then our existing dog bed and would be just as thick. Unfortunately, it is no bigger and is a fraction of the thickness of our old bed. Our dog sinks to the floor when he lays on it so we're stuck still looking for a bed for him after purchasing this one as he is older and needs the thickness. Even though it's advertised as a large bed, it would probablt be fine for a small dog. Hopefully our cat will take it over since she needs a new bed too!
My Rhodesian Ridgeback loves this bed!!!
Our dog LOVES this bed. We got it in an XL and she's 90 pounds. The size is perfect for her. it's so soft and comfortable. I thought about getting one of the shaggy ones and I'm so glad I didn't. This has so much support, is soft, and she loves to lay her head on the rims on the edges. Seems to be great quality. We put a blanket on top of it so I haven't washed the outer lining yet, but so far it's been great.
Best dog bed ever
I have always bought Serta dog beds for my dogs. Ever since my beagle, who is gone now, developed arthritis I always bought the orthopedic beds for their support and comfort. My cockerspaniel loves her bed most especially the side bumpers. They are like pillows. Easy to keep clean as well
Wrong item - still great quality, but be aware!
Unfortunately it seems if you order this item you will get a different style of Serta bed - still very good quality, but very different style and the sizing is not quite the same. Chewy tried multiple times to correct this for me, but I still ended up with the wrong model (completely different style from what is shown, still great quality, but the sizing also runs a bit smaller, making it too tight for my pup). If sizing and style aren't a concern for you, go for it-- you'll still end up with a high quality bed! BUT, if you need the specific sizing or style shown here, be aware that you're going to end up with a completely enclosed bolster bed that runs a bit smaller, so if that won't work for your dog, it's probably easiest to try a different bed entirely.
Lost its shape
I had high hopes for this bed after about six weeks of use has it completely flattened out and lost its shape . Bad quality .
Exactly the bed we were looking for!
My pup is a 10 yo basset / golden retriever mix (40lbs). She has basset legs so we needed a bed she could easily get into. This one is perfect for her. As you can see in the picture, she is super comfortable and likes the sides. The material is high quality and we especially appreciated this was made in the U.S.A.

I was disappointed that ordering a large bed it would appear to look like a medium..
Durable, but hard to clean
My 20 and 70 pound senior dogs loved this bed and were able to get in and out of it easily. However, the bolster filling is LOOSE. This means you choose between not washing it (ew) or pulling out all the loose filling and manually re-stuffing it (a pain). If the bolster filling were in a liner, I'd give this item 5 stars.
Settled in Nicely
We purchased this bed online while driving down to FL. Our Golden Retriever, Jazzy, had a very difficult ride the entire trip so we thought it was best to get her a bed for when she arrived in FL. Chewy, being Chewy, shipped it out right away and it was waiting for us when we arrived. Jazzy immediately sniffed it out, got on to spin around and settled right in! Great quality and has held up even when she tried digging to China on the bed! Highly recommend.

Somewhat disappointing! 1. Cover is only partially removable. The main section that is most likely to get soiled cannot be removed and laundered. 2. Of the other 2 beds we have this has the least thickness and plushness. 3. I would not purchase this item again!
