Does this waterless shampoo clean off/ remove creams, ointments or oils from horses' coat and skin?

This product will clean off creams, ointments and excess oils added to coat. It won't strip the natural oils off a horse's skin and hair. It will clean the dirt and anything else off the horse to the skin. Especially effective on the dirt, stains and dust that can't be brushed out of the coat. Easy Out has optical brightners added (the white floaty bits in the bottle) that add shine without making the horse slick (no silicone) so safe to use on saddle area. It also has odor neutralizers that get rid of urine or other strong smells on horse. It also works wonderfully on dogs—especially barn dogs that roll in things at the barn. Cleans them up perfectly too and neutralizes odor.
