Not quite as good but

So I have to admit that with hay, it’s is hard to control the quality. Overall, this hay is soft and leafy but the rabbits definitely preferred the last batch

So I have to admit that with hay, it’s is hard to control the quality. Overall, this hay is soft and leafy but the rabbits definitely preferred the last batch. I think with the hay you just have to try your best to find something close to what they like and allowing the rabbits to just adjust to the new taste every time they get new batch. It is not like buying cookies for humans. The quality control just can’t be there. Most of all, I appreciate chewy‘s efforts to try to please us as customers and I will continue to purchase food through them for our pets. Sometimes it will be just the right thing and sometimes it won’t. What do they say??; variety is the spice of life !

Always fresh when ordered from Chewy

Always fresh, green and well packed. I have never gotten a bad batch from Chewy. My guinea pigs love this stuff and always come running whenever I fill their hay

This isn’t the first time we’ve bought it and I will continue to buy it. I have two Sulcata Tortoises Todd and Tortino and they both like it a lot!

I have 2 Holland lop bunnies and 1 of them is a very picky eater. I've tried many different brands, varieties, and cuts with absolutely no luck of getting him to eat a balanced hay diet. This hay was a game changer. I bought the 2nd cutting first and he ate more than he ever had before but it still wasn't enough. Then I purchased the 3rd cutting and everything changed. He absolutely loves it!! So if you also have a picky eater I highly recommend Small Pet Select Third Cut.
