Can this be grown indoors to keep from frost, in a sunny or partial light window? I don't get full sun but some light due to where were at at our apartment complex.

Fast growth

Grew quickly and thick. Thea loves the cat grass. Only issue I had was Thea wanted it faster than it could grow to the recommended 4" and hunted it down wherever

Grew quickly and thick. Thea loves the cat grass. Only issue I had was Thea wanted it faster than it could grow to the recommended 4" and hunted it down wherever I would try to hide it safely. The top of of a China cabinet didn't stop her. Will definitely keep buying. She munches on it daily.

Hearty, fast-growing, delicious greens

It's hard to keep kitty away from it till it's ready, but the wait is short. One star off just due to a bit of a delicate process getting the seeds mixed properly

It's hard to keep kitty away from it till it's ready, but the wait is short. One star off just due to a bit of a delicate process getting the seeds mixed properly with the soil insuch a shallow dish. My first batch didn't take off because I guess I got the mixture wrong. But the second one is thriving and the end result is long-lasting greens that are so good, kitty doesn't even look at the houseplants anymore. Looking forward to more!

Not easy to grow

This was not easy to grow and I AM a Plant person.Indrs and Out! The kit is nice .easy to use..but when it starts to grow..it's very weak.. it blneeds I think like

Perfect Cat snack

The kit has everything I needed and was very easy to set up. Within a few days my cats were happily munching fresh grass.

grassy goodness

I was surprised and delighted how fast the grass germinated and grew. The warm and dark location for the initial start up was less than two days. And the grass was

I was surprised and delighted how fast the grass germinated and grew. The warm and dark location for the initial start up was less than two days. And the grass was at the recommended 4 inches by day 5! My cats are really enjoying munching on the sweet greens. My only wish would be that the greens lasted longer. But, that is up to the plant, not up to Smartykat. The container is quite light so you need to be mindful of that. I have to set it upright a few times a day (we have several cats). It also needs watering often with the tall grass and small 'pot'. I may devise a different vessel for the next round.

Low but quick germination rate

Cats attacked it. Was funny to watch. But dirt flew everywhere as they ripped the grass out.
