Kitties love it and it’s high quality (for a dry food)

One of our fur babies is diabetic so we’re supposed to avoid dry food as much as possible, but he and his non-diabetic littlermate sister grew up feee-feeding dry

One of our fur babies is diabetic so we’re supposed to avoid dry food as much as possible, but he and his non-diabetic littlermate sister grew up feee-feeding dry food so after almost 13 years we can’t take it away. This food is high quality and both kitties love it as their “dessert” after breakfast and dinner meals. LOL! Good stuff!

We were trying to transition from Wysong Epigen 90 after on and off stomach upset with my diabetic cat. Heard about SquarePet and thought we would try it since it’s less ingredients. We have 3 cats and could not get any of them to eat this. We mixed in slowly with the Epigen and it went ok at first but then they all started to walk away from their kibble. I then started trying Dr. Elsey’s to mix with Epigen and they started eating again. Tried the SquarePet on its on like treats just to see if it was a fluke and they sniffed and walked away.

This food is pricy. It hurts the bank account every time. But I was trying to get something better for my diabetic cat that he’d actually like. He tends to prefer dry food over wet even though wet is better. All 3 of my cats get this and like it, but I will say, the poops are potent. And ole diabeetus does not cover his poops so it turns the room into a gas chamber. I’ve caught the other 2 covering his poop for him on multiple occasions so they didn’t have to breathe in the toxic waste fumes.

I needed a high quality kibble to keep my sphynx kitten satisfied between raw meals. Initially, I tried Orijen and introduced it very slowly but even the smallest amount would make him vomit. After a lot of research hunting for a commercial kibble option that wasn't full of junk ingredients, I found PowerCat and gave it a go. My cat loves the taste and it's been easy on his stomach. No more vomiting and it holds my ravenous naked baby over between his morning and evening raw meals. When it comes to kibble, I won't feed him anything else!
