Delicious donkey treats

Doug the donkey loved these safe, low sugar/low starch treats. Because of the cost, though, we give the Stabul pellets that come in a 30 lb bag as a feed instead

Doug the donkey loved these safe, low sugar/low starch treats. Because of the cost, though, we give the Stabul pellets that come in a 30 lb bag as a feed instead. The ingredients are the same. Great product made by a company that formulates feed for zoo animals. How cool is that?

Silver loves these!

Our Miniature Horse Silver loves these! She will eat these as long as you give them to her. I've bought Strawberry and Peppermint, she loves both flavors! They smell

Our Miniature Horse Silver loves these! She will eat these as long as you give them to her. I've bought Strawberry and Peppermint, she loves both flavors! They smell really good and I like the new size. The size of the treat used to be bigger where my husband and I would have to try and break it in half, which is kind of hard to do. Now I love the size, the treats are half the size and I don't have to worry about Silver choking. So, I love these also!

Easily chewed

These treats are smaller and break apart easily. My senior pony with poor teeth is able to enjoy them. In addition, they are guilt free.

Great for insulin resistant equine

Finally! A treat that can be given that doesn't have molasses and/or a starch/sugar content >10%! This is a precious gem in the area of treats for horses who may lean toward or have metabolic syndrome or Cushing's Disease or insulin resistance! Or for those who want to stay away from sugar period! I haven't found a horse who doesn't like them. There was a horse at my boarding stable whose owner said, "My horse doesn't like ANY treats. None. Won't eat them!" But I guess the horse had a change in taste buds because he scarfed down about 4 of them! All of the flavors are enjoyed, but Peppermint seems to be at the top of the list.

I have to buy them because they are low sugar but the bags always have lots and lots of dusty small crumbles which are wasted. I would not recommend if the horse
