Let it dry
I've used these treats occasionally but my dog ended up devouring them after pulling them out of their carriers. I finally realized that she was able to do that because the treats were still slippery from being inserted into the treat ball. Once I let the treat dry completely--before giving it to my dog--it lasted much longer and my she was occupied for a longer time.
does NOT fit medium toy
I bought a medium bentoball. My dog absolutely loved it. I figured buying a medium replacement treat would fit my medium bentoball, as the packaging says it fits in all medium toy. That is NOT the case. I now have four refills that don't fit.
True to its name
My dog is an aggressive chewer, and the Bento ball is the first toy that keeps him entertained while being sturdy enough that he can't destroy it in a few hours. He will happily chew on the ball empty, but he loves these inserts. It takes him almost two weeks to finish one, so they are pretty economical for us.
Dog favorite
Our 2 dogs and 1 pup all love these! The biggest dog chews through his the fastest so it's hard to keep him from wanting to steal the other dog's.

This size worked better for my dog than the large, but these refills are too expensive.
