Truthfully these are the best! We can't afford them for full meals for our three dogs but we use them as toppers on top of their food or mixed in. The difference in their fur, coats, nails, etc is VERY noticeable which makes them easy to continue buying. Approximately one topper per cup seems to be enough for the dogs to get the good flavor and nutrients yet make them affordable to use. We give them more sometimes which of course they love. They crumble easily, just squeeze them over the food. We've tried other similar items by different brands but they didn't achieve the same great outcomes as these without using a lot more. Some were very hard to crumble. Chewy has the same price as elsewhere and I havent found them cheaper anywhere so now I just get from Chewy! They're a bit pricey, but you know what they say..."You get what you pay for" (they're worth it).
Just received today and my dog didn’t want to eat her normal food or treats. I introduced one of these to her and she sniffed and ate it, which had prompted her to want to eat her normal food right after that. I added a few as a topper and she is eating her food today without any issues. Great product!
My suddenly-picky toy poodle adores this stuff! Due to its fat high content, however, he can only have one per meal, which I crush between my fingers and sprinkle onto his food. He's sensitive to high fat levels, and I do wish I'd thought to check the fat content of these before purchasing them. However, since he only gets one per meal (and I'm sure he'd be glad to eat nothing but this stuff!), I'm hoping it won't be a problem. They're also a little expensive, but anything for our fur-babies, right?
If you have a picky dog or one who is too scared or traumatized to eat, order these. Our Leo eats like a King and he Loves these. I break or cut up the dehydrated bites and patties and he devours whatever they are mixed into. Bravo.
We've had no problems with the product except we would appreciate a few coupons for this product when we buy more it would be appreciated
While visiting a friend, my dog made every effort to steal her dog's supper of Stella's and Chewys dog food. My friend told me that she had done her research, and the Stella's dog food won out. It's unusual structure make it a dream for the pet parent to serve and store. If one has a very picky eater like I do, Stella's is a prayer answered. My dog knows what the Stella's and Chewys bag looks like, and he goes wild when he sees it.
These are unreal. My dog was hungry all the time and just looked at his food, all day. NOW he eats it! Meal Mixers are little nuggets that can be broken up into kibble - and my dog actually eats the kibble! I was afraid the bag wouldn't last very long, but one nugget, properly handled and presented, is enough for a whole meal - and there are a LOT of nuggets left. I was very skeptical - but it's been several weeks now and I'm just thrilled.
I like the tiny bags to try out new food and my dog really likes them, they work well as toppers or as a little snack.
my dog is very picky with her food & doesn’t like eating only her kibble alone, so I bought this just to try out which she instantly liked I topped these over her kibble & she eats all her food with no problems.
My dog loves this as a topper but I must complain that the price is high so it's not very affordable.
