Our senior Airedale usually eats kibble, but we spoil her with a "wet food" breakfast daily that includes her supplements. This morning I opened up a package of Fresh Made Beefy-Licious, and the minute she got a whiff of the new fare, she immediately came and sat by my feet in the kitchen while I prepared her bowl. She acted like a puppy just from the smell! The food did look delicious, resembling a meatloaf with peas, carrots and other healthy veggies and fruit. She gobbled it down the second I set her bowl down!

My 3 old English sheepdogs absolutely loved this food. I used the food as a topper with their kibble, giving them about 1/4-1/3 of a cup with their dinner time feeding

My 3 old English sheepdogs absolutely loved this food. I used the food as a topper with their kibble, giving them about 1/4-1/3 of a cup with their dinner time feeding. The food is incredibly easy to use. I thawed the package in the fridge and a feeding time simply mushed it with my hands and topped their food. I did add some hot water to warm it and it made a nice broth gravy. My only dislike was the solidified grease chunks that were in the package, but I just picked them out. I did check the price online and it costs approx $10.99-$12.99 for a 16oz package. Because of that price and that fact that I have three big dogs, I more than likely wouldn’t purchase it. So easy though and the quality is great.

Not so much for this brand

Actually, I'm pretty disappointed in this food. I was expecting it to have a fresher smell and color. And the beef is pretty watery not exactly rich in bone broth

Actually, I'm pretty disappointed in this food. I was expecting it to have a fresher smell and color. And the beef is pretty watery not exactly rich in bone broth. My dogs (only 2 left now) are pretty good eaters with healthy appetites but my 3 year old ate the first serving and refused it the second and third time. I even tried offering it without the 50/50 mix of kibble (we're still in transition mode) but no go. So I'll keep trying because now that I'm only feeding two I'd like to get away from kibble altogether. I really like the idea of the fresh food choices now so any suggestions will be appreciated.

I bought this for my 18 year old extremely picky little dog. He likes the Stella and Chewy patties, dry, so when I saw this I figured I'd give it a shot. He seems to really like it even though he can only eat about 2 ounces per day. I tried giving him 3-4 ounces a couple of different times, after he had been eating it for over a week, and it gives him loose stools. So he gets an ounce per meal with some dry patties, in a separate bowl, and he seems to be eating more than he was before. I don't like the pieces of fat/grease and it seems like a waste and added weight. When I portioned it up by weight and not including the grease parts I came up with 14 ounces of food. I also found a bone in the first package but I haven't found another one. There are also some thicker chunks that he can't eat since he doesn't have any teeth, so his little brother gets those. Overall, it's decently priced and I'm happy that he seems to look forward to getting this food every meal.

Of course my dogs LOVE this! I could tell that this is the highest quality meat, which makes up the majority of the package; very little filler. I have multiple dogs and I'm not a millionaire, so just use it as a topper. My dogs are so spoiled now, they turn their nose up at their kibble unles there is a dollop of Stella & Chewy's on top. My cats go crazy for it as well!

I have tried so many different types of dog foods with my Bulldogs, but they go crazy for this one. It is packaged very well and came in a big, insulated shipping box. I was impressed with the density of the food. It is just like a meatloaf I could have made at home. The odor is completely pleasant. It is fairly easy to chop up to split between multiple dogs, but at the same time does not just fall apart. If you have a picky eater, or just want to feed a healthier dog food, you need to try this!

We have used this as a topper for our dog’s dinner in place of extra meat scraps. He really likes it and it looks like a high quality product. I sometimes worry that someone in the house will see it in the refrigerator and think it’s leftover dinner. The product needs to be frozen and defrosted in the refrigerator before use, so it requires a bit of planning ahead.
