Lamb Liver Treats

I could not get my Maltese/Yorkie mix to eat anything. I think I tried every brand and flavor out there. My other dog Payton would pretty much eat anything except beef flavored food and treats. I bought Purina Pro Plan shedded lamb and brown rice. Maddie still wasn't quite satisfied, so I ordered Stella & Chewy's lamb liver freeze dried raw dog treats. I put a few pieces in a colander wet them then cut some up and put it on the bottom of their bowls then add the dry food, I cut up a little more of freeze dried liver and put on top. She goes crazy over this I have to tell her to slow down. Payton loves it too. Thank Chewy for resolving this 6+ month nightmare with Maddie.

These lamb liver treats are excellent. My puppy absolutely loves them, so I cut them up into tiny pieces for training. She learns very quickly when these are her reward! My cat also loves them - which I found out by her sneaking treats that I left on the bathroom floor while giving the puppy a bath. Since they're just freeze dried liver, I'm happy to give her some too.

It breaks up easily for training and I use the big chunks to keep my puppy busy in his pen or crate. The only downside is that it feels oily.

We used this freeze-dried liver treat as a kibble topper. Our collie - Great Pyr mix went crazy for this as soon as we had the bag open! He normally dwaddles with his meal, but with this as an enhancement he quickly eats everything!
