High quality springs, but cat doesn't care

These springs are made of bouncy, pliable plastic and are a really nice size - not too small! But they didn't work for my foster cat as an independent play object

These springs are made of bouncy, pliable plastic and are a really nice size - not too small! But they didn't work for my foster cat as an independent play object. Jackson Galaxy says an interactive toy is best for bonding and for having the cat "hunt" before eating, so I do use wand toys for this purpose. However, I don't have the time to play with the cat as much as he wants, and have been looking for toys that he can hunt and play with without me. I had a random mini slinky fidget toy from halloween that was laying around, and the cat found it and had a blast batting and chasing it around my apartment one day. After that he lost interest, so I was looking for a toy that was designed for cat play to better hold his interest. I thought these would fit the bill, but unfortunately, he just ignores these, even though I think they could really work for cats that aren't dependent on their human to make play interesting - he's just a pretty picky cat.

Favorite cat toy

I have a “kitten” that is a year & a half old. He has boundless energy. A fellow cat parent recommended these & now my lil guy plays with them constantly. Next time

I have a “kitten” that is a year & a half old. He has boundless energy. A fellow cat parent recommended these & now my lil guy plays with them constantly. Next time I’m buying a bigger size since he constantly loses & finds them. It helps him burn some energy so he annoys his older cat sis a little less.

ADDICTED

My cat is addicted to these spring toys. He spends hours chasing them around and playing with them. He’ll proudly waltz around with a spring in his mouth. Definitely

Great toy!

My cat loves the springs - can't get enough of them! They're all over my condo and I'm constantly looking for them as they disappear quickly. Perfect self-entertainment

2 Cats; 2 Opinions

1 cat thinks this is the greatest toy ever. Other cat not interested at all. So one 5 star and one 1 star.
