My cats already loved cat springs, they are one of their favorite toys. I got these to try them out as they seemed neat. They love them. I charge them up by putting them near a lamp for a few minutes, then turn off the lights and they love to chase them. I think it combines the fun of the springs with the glow of a laser pointer. It's also very cute to see the floating glowing spring as they carry them around.

My cats love the regular plastic spiral toys so though this would be great as they like to play in the basement and I only have night lights on. Had them in a sunny

My cats love the regular plastic spiral toys so though this would be great as they like to play in the basement and I only have night lights on. Had them in a sunny window for a couple of days but still really didn't glow. They still play with them though as they are their favorite toy so not a total loss.

Fun Springs

My cat loves spring toys and these plastic jelly spring toys are a good size for him and for me as well since they are larger so they can be seen and thus not stepped

My cat loves spring toys and these plastic jelly spring toys are a good size for him and for me as well since they are larger so they can be seen and thus not stepped on. However, these plastic jelly spring toys are very limited in their 'glow-in-the-dark' capabilities. I charged 4 of them for 6 hours in sunlight, and yes, they do "glow in the dark" for about 5 minutes and then nothing - thus the 2 star rating. At least they aren't a total loss since my cat does love his spring toys.

fun for cats regardless but does not hold a glow.

Bought these as a gift and while they work as intended for a cat toy and they still enjoyed them....dont expect them to glow for long. I put these springs in a window

Bought these as a gift and while they work as intended for a cat toy and they still enjoyed them....dont expect them to glow for long. I put these springs in a window and full sun for the entire day and it was very mild glow. Maybe in blacklight these would be better. Only if i placed these almost directly on the bulb (while obv being safe) they did glow like the photo but only for 5 minutes. If your cat already enjoys springs it will still work just keep my review in mind lol.
