I’m very disappointed because the product does not include a hanging hook, despite the description claiming it does: "Features a hanging hook for diverse decoration

I’m very disappointed because the product does not include a hanging hook, despite the description claiming it does: "Features a hanging hook for diverse decoration options". The advertisement suggests the hook is included, but it’s not. Now I have two coconuts with no hooks or means to attach them to my gecko’s enclosure, and there are no suction cups included either.
