The dimensions for these Cartridges are 4.6 inches (length) by 6.4 inches (width).
Does it come with the carbon prepackaged or is it just the empty cartridge

This product comes unassembled with empty cartridges. I've listed the following instructions below:
1. Detach clip from Aerobic Frame and slide the filter bag over the frame.
2. Add one packet of Ultra-activated carbon.
3. Press the Aerobic Frame flaps down over the top of the filter bag and press the clip down over the flaps.
4. Rinse under cool tap water to remove carbon dust.
5. Insert the Bio-Bag into filter slots.
Can I fit into a 10 gallon

This filter cartridges is compatible with the Whisper 20i, 40i, C, 20, 30, 40 and 60 Power Filters.
how many plastic frames comes to each box of 12 filters
