Not Soft Baked

I bought these for my senior girl as the packaged states they are soft baked. They are definitely not soft as all, in fact these so very hard I couldn't break one

I bought these for my senior girl as the packaged states they are soft baked. They are definitely not soft as all, in fact these so very hard I couldn't break one in my hand. My older lady cannot bite into these. So if you're looking for a hard cruchy treat for your pupper, these should work nicely.
