Clumping in Every Tidy Piece
At the heart of Tidy's patented, one-of-a-kind litter is their exclusive bi-component system. Each and every 2-part granule is specifically made to absorb odor and liquids PLUS clump tight. Unlike litters that rely on some pieces to fight odors and others to clump, every single piece of Tidy litter does both. That's basically a 2 for 1, in every single granule.

Absorbs odor and liquids
Creates tight clumping
Formula-specific odor-fighting agents
Masterful Odor Control
Even better? Each powerful piece has also been given a little extra custom odor-fighting power, depending on your favorite Tidy formula. These odor-fighting agents neutralize odors from solid and liquid waste, delivering the instant, long-lasting or multi-faceted freshness you need. Sounds pretty super.
Exclusive Bi-Component System
The Down Low on Low Dust
Tidy Cats works hard to bring you low-dust litters. Their litters have an anti-dust coating that forms a microscopic web-like structure that helps prevent tiny dust particles from escaping.
Dust & Tracking Control

Switching Litter
When switching to a new cat litter, be sure to do so gradually to help avoid any litter box issues. Start by cleaning the litter box completely, then fill it 2/3 with your old litter and 1/3 with the new. Slowly increase the amount of new litter over time. This allows your feline friend the time she needs to adjust to the new litter. Meow isn't that smart?

Tidy Cat...Not Tidy!
By Butch on Jan 22, 2021
Don't know what has happened to this Tidy Cat formula, but I won't be buying it anymore. Clumps remain wet and and small pieces fall back into the clean litter. Those little pieces fall thru the scooper. So you have to use a spoon if you want a totally clean litter box free of odors. Sticks to the bottom of the litter box like concrete. It also collects in the slots of the scooper like wet mud, and you have to scrub the scooper. This product is no longer true to it's once excellent reputation.

Great Litter!
By Alfie on Jan 25, 2021
I've tried SO MANY litters with my cat, and all of them have made a HUGE mess.... this specific brand of tidy cats releases a febreze freshness when they use it or when you're scooping their poop out of the box. It's AMAZINGGGGG. I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS BRAND OF LITTER! It doesn't make a HUGE HUGE mess like the other litters either, my cat loves splashing his litter everywhere and this one can stand the kitty paws. I love it!

It's cat liter. How bad could it be?
By PapaDuke on Jan 15, 2021
This stuff does an outstanding job of giving our feline friends a nice place to poop. They can dig in it and bury said poop just as well as they can in a kid's sandbox or a beach volleyball court; all without the danger of us stepping in it or accidentally scooping it up with our little plastic shovel while building a sand castle in our sandbox. They stay out of our play space and we don't build sand castles or play beach volleyball in their toilet. It's a win-win.

Clumps good stops smell NOPE
By wysantos on Jan 3, 2021
My kitten is eating a lot more meat in his diet which causes him to poop VERY stinky. I used to use Simple Kitty litter but the container was too small so I decided to try this one. At first it smelled GREAT so fresh and clean (before being used) but after I seriously couldn't go 3 days or less without cleaning it out and even then the smell lingered. The house always smelled like cat pee. I even tried cleaning right after he used it but the smell still lingered. Only way was to completely throw out the sand which defeats the whole purpose of why I switched.

My Three Cats Love Tidy Cats!
By MomOfThreeCats on Jan 24, 2021
My three furry darlings have always used their Tidy Cats with wonderful consistency and accuracy, I am so very happy to say! I love the large containers where I only have to open the lid and add more after doing some scooping. The great containers have even come in handy for other things later! Tidy Cats Litter keeps us all happy! Thank you!!!

TERRIBLE, WORST LITTER EVER
By Caroline on Jan 19, 2021
I will never, ever use this again, in addition to the other tub. It is crappy and terrible. It doesn't clump well, it absorbs the pee and makes it stick to the bottom (EVEN if i pour a lot). The poops smell TERRIBLE. I have to express order new litter now. It was literally the worst experience. My cats hated it so much they pooped on my FLOOR.

Formula has Changed
By Michelle on Dec 30, 2020
I’ve used tidy cats for about 10 years, and since covid hit, the formula is garbage. The litter never fully dries after one of our kitties pees, and is a wet clay goop that you have to scrape out of the box. I seriously dread cleaning the litter box now because the constant wet spots quadruples my cleaning time. The clay turns into a putty that bends any plastic scoop, so I have a metal one for bad days. Which is esp annoying since we have 4 litter boxes that have their own scoops. Like I’m supposed to replace the 4 plastic scoops for 4 metal ones, over this junk of litter? I’m not sure why the formulary changed, and I regret buying ten 35-lb pairs of it. Best Litter EVER
By Amanda on Jan 11, 2021
I've been scooping cat poop since I was about 9 years old, and I declare that this is by far the best litter I have ever used! Superior clumping - leaves almost no residual. It's only mildly scented, but does an amazing job neutralizing the odors. Our laundry room NEVER smells anymore. I never want to use another litter ever again.

Disappointed
By Babs on Jan 5, 2021
I usually love this litter I purchased the 40lb bag to save some $ but what a got was a ridiculously dusty and smelly bag of litter I even had some of the 35lb left over and when compared side by side it didn’t even look the same. Absolutely terrible. DO NOT GET THE 40 LB complete waste of money and not 99.9 dust free and it claims

Too wet, bad buy
By Joycey on Jan 14, 2021
I’ve used scoop away my whole life but thought I’d give this a shot since I couldn’t find my brand on chewy. It becomes a wet mud that doesn’t stay together when scooping. It leaves my scooper a wreck. I hate it. Do not buy. For reference I have 1 15lb cat and put 3-5” of litter.
