cats rejected it
Looks good but both cats wouldn’t touch it. I wish they would have!
Great product but pricey. Healthy cat.
Pros: My cat will eat just about anything. Not a picky eater. But he loves this stuff and eats it up in 2 seconds and wishes he can get a second helping. So i add in some water to make him think he is getting extra. I wanted to give him something with good ingredients, looks less processed than other brands. My cats health is great, hopefully it's because of his diet. I did notice than his litter box doesn't smell as bad as it used to. Scent changes depending on what he eats. So that's another plus. I wish i could afford to feed only this wet food but I'd break the bank. So its half dry and half wet for him. Cons: It is expensive. Some cans have more meat than others. Some have more broth than meat. My cat knows when he is being deceived because he will look at me like where is the rest of it.
YUM YUM GOOD
My cat loves this. He doesn't particularly care which flavor but the chicken by itself is his favorite. It's really the only shredded wet food he will tolerate! Food is exactly as described and there's a decent amount of juice in each can!
Cat hates it
While it looks good enough for humans to eat with it’s shredded chicken and broth my cat doesn’t care for it. Unfortunately i bought several cases! I’ll feed it to the dog instead. It’s too bad because the quality of the food looks way better than the other “cat food” brands. I’d say start with one pack and see if your cat approves.
Tasty but giblets too large
The quality of this food is above standard of many. The inclusion of Organ meat provides a more natural diet for a "hunter" if in the wild. However organs, once hardened, need to be finely ground to be eaten and properly digested. The giblets because of their size and texture remained in the bowl until I finely cut or smashed them.
Yes for one cat; strong no from the other
One of my cats devoured this (not picky) but my other cat refused to touch it, even when combined with other food. If you have a picky cat, think twice about buying this one.

It’s just shredded chicken. My cats gave 2 thumbs down. 2 stars because Tiki delivered as promised.
Not exactly what I ordered
My cats love the shredded tiki cat food but, For some reason the chicken with liver, gizzards and hearts flavor is hard to find. So, naturally I was excited to find it on chewy. However when I receive my order I received two of the chicken recipe in broth flavor instead of the Chicken with Liver, gizzards and heart. I am slightly disappointed but, I would still shop with chewy again.
Best food for your fur baby
My kitten loves it and I am very happy I found this brand. It is like real chicken soup. Smells great and Charlotte loves it.
not a favorite
My cats have loved tikicat for years! With that, I thought we'd try some "dark". In this can of after dark (chicken and pork) there is definitely more broth than other cans of tikicat, there are also unidentifiable parts in this mix. My cats have tried this combination and spat food out. I've even unsuccessfully tried cutting pieces to make them smaller and easier to eat --- as in, it wasn't easily cut, think cutting grizzle or something like it. One cat even touched a piece of food with her paw a few times and walked away... another smells it and walks away. I'd return the food, however we've already attempted to eat 4 cans and it seems wrong to request a refund. I (we) love chewy, just not this food.
