Honestly this already happened to me once and I’ve already reported it to Chewy, but unfortunately this is happening again. The product was sitting in the big box with ZERO cushioning stuff, a lot of cans in this box are crushed and deformed, and this one is crushed open. The outside box is fine, just put proper cushion in it is it that hard? I hate to write a review about this again, but this is what happening. I’ve seen a lot of damaged boxes(not for me) at our lobby, and now I am questioning myself whether I should keep buying things from here.

My baby kitten just started to eat on her Ian. She was very sick with URI upper respiratory infection and anemic. I warmed up the food and she liked the smell and taste and is thriving on it. I believe that good quality supports a good growing immune system and enables the kitten to grow healthy. Her fur coat looks great after 3 weeks of feeding it. She gets 5 wet food meals per 24 hours and I add some milk replacement to it to give extra calories and nutrition. She likes the pate.

He loves most of the flavors

I’m almost out of my order of this food. he likes all the flavors except the ones with fish in them for some reason. Not sure if it’s tiki or just fish in general

I got this when it got super cold out and I couldn’t trap and bring in my ferals. I’m sure it’s a good food but they wouldn’t eat it. In fact, Gilbert resorted to catching birds. None of my older cats would eat it, either, they have medical conditions and were losing weight, I was hoping they’d like the kitten food.

New batch thumbs down

My kittens really liked this pate. It was moist and soft but the latest batch is a solid lump and not as appealing to my kittens.

It is really unfortunate that is product adertises itself as a pate, but in fact is just a finely chopped meat. Older cats with no teeth, or those used to real pates, cannot eat this. My cats just lick the top gravy (which they like) but then have to abandone it. I tried "making it into a pate" by putting the content through a blender, but no can do. It needs a milling stone/steel grinder to break down the texture. I am so disappointed.

Best ingredients for cost

Before giardia treatment she gobbled this down. I had to syringe feed 4 days. Now she only wants fresh chicken, go figure.

Looks like real chicken

My kittens exhibit a preference for dry kibble, but I firmly believe that incorporating high-quality wet food into their diet is essential for their well-being

My kittens exhibit a preference for dry kibble, but I firmly believe that incorporating high-quality wet food into their diet is essential for their well-being. To achieve this, I divide a small can of Tiki cat food between the two of them twice daily, reserving dry food as a treat contingent upon their consumption of the majority of the canned food. Due to their grazing tendencies, this typically requires some time. Given the apparent high quality of the Tiki cat food, I intend to continue feeding it to them, with the ultimate goal of transitioning them away from dry food entirely.
