Too big- not well thought out!

Not only are the morsels too big- they are bigger than the American Journey cat food for adults. So they cant say they dont have the equipment to make the kibbles smaller. Fortunately Teddy has way more natural sense as a kitten than these food scientists and only eats the raw chicken and totally ignores these weird things that try to lure him and hook him. Just a note on the American Journey adult food, our cats love all the flavors. That's why we were hoping to get the kittens started on the kitten variety- but they chose otherwise, wisely! Raw chicken it is for life.

i have 8 cats. 1 is under 2yo and 7 are 6 weeks

Kittens love it more than wet food and mom prefers it over her AJ chicken cat food. These are slightly bigger than the adult version though so that’s weird but kittens seem fine with this

Recommended...

First time use of Kitten Recipe for newly acquired kitten. Was readily accepted by all. I find that American Journey offers a good ingredients list and when on sale is definitely a bargain. Kudos to Chewy for continued excellent customer service, as well.

Kitten Food

I have 4 kittens whose mom was tossed out by her owner. I am now taking care of them until I can place them. My cat Panther B, is not happy but I have to make sure the five of them are okay. They kittens love American Journey. This is the first time I had to use kitten foo. I am very pleased that they like it.

My kitten is obsessed!!!

I have a 5 month old kitten and I’ve been buying many different dry food brands for a while now because she never really finishes all her food so it makes me think she isn’t a fan of it, so then I decided to try this one out since I buy this brand for my dog as well why not try it for my kitten! So far she is literally obsessed! She finishes her plate instantly and literally begs for more!! I have never seen her beg for more food until now! This is probably her favorite dry food so far!

Not for my kittens

It may simply be that chicken upsets their systems but this wasn’t a good change for us. I gifted it to a friend with a new kitten and he seems to like it. Cats are known to be fickle!
