My cat loves the Tiki Broth pouches but refuses to eat canned cat food. I mix some canned cat food into this broth and she will eat it. I give my cat 1 ounce per day so I will freeze the broth into 1 oz portions in a large ice cube tray.

Great way to add moisture to dry food

After trying multiple high quality brands of wet foods for years and having my cats throw up with all of them I switched to a high protein low carb dry food and

After trying multiple high quality brands of wet foods for years and having my cats throw up with all of them I switched to a high protein low carb dry food and use this diluted with a little water poured over the dry food. My two 13 year old sisters gobble up the food topped with the diluted version of this. My one girl had a very dull coat with a lot of dandruff even though eating wet foods for years. Once we went on the high protein low carb dry food topped with the Tiki Cat Born Carnivore Chicken Broth she now has a silky soft shiny coat with no dandruff. The throwing up has finally stopped. Both girls heartily endorse it. Thank you Tiki Cat!

Ayesha is extremely picky about her food. "Finicky" is the word that most people use. On the other hand, my 4 year old Ayesha knows what's good for her. Any cat owner reading this review should also look up the article: "Researchers studied cats' eating behavior and you won't believe what they found" by Dr. Becker. Excerpt: "..Cats may initially opt for food that smells and tastes good, but over time, they learn to choose foods that meet their nutritional requirements..." Ayesha is at a point in her life wherein she prefers food that meets her nutritional requirements. Apparently, Tiki Cat Born Carnivore Chicken Broth Wet Cat Food Topper helps fulfill those requirements. In fact, she will lick up this gravy and leave behind the food she doesn't like. Even when I serve it cold, from the fridge, she's OK with it (I assume because I warm up other foods and put in the same bowl.) According to Ayesha, this gravy gets an A+ rating; that's what matters.

Cats don’t like it at all

One sniff and they walk away but will eventually eat it if I starve them (by not replacing it) for hours. Strange since they enjoy most other Tiki foods.

Clean ingredient list

I ordered it because Bombay is sick with a respiratory infection. Unfortunately he doesn’t drink the broth and neither does Ms. Kitty. I think it’s a good product

I’ve been trying to transition my cat to wet food for almost two years, he’s a total kibble addict and refuses everything else (treats, pate, squeezy tubes, raw meat, you name it). He doesn’t like chewing meat bits, but he loves broth. This Tiki Cat Carnivore Chicken Broth with zero chunks was a game changer he lapped up the whole bowl right away. For a cat who rejects everything, that’s a big win.

Not a fan...

... I don't mean personally (I didn't try it) but here's why it's 3/5 stars. I bought it to help mix in meds (powder form) for my cats but it doesn't blend well

... I don't mean personally (I didn't try it) but here's why it's 3/5 stars. I bought it to help mix in meds (powder form) for my cats but it doesn't blend well (when other products do). Plus, it wasn't a big hit with my cats either. Sure, they ate it but they have also been know to scoop the ice out of our double-shot expresso to grab the remnants of green beans out of a can. You'd think they grew up on the street, but these spoiled things have it all!
