Delicious

My cats love these. They eat them up immediately. They are free of grains, glutens, gums, thickeners and fillers so my sensitive kitty can have all she wants.

A great snack that provides hydration

If my cats seem extra hungry come meal time I use this food topper to give them not only some moisture content but also a lil extra protien! They love it!

The change in packaging is a deal breaker

The cat loved Complements. So I buy a lot at a time. Now I find that the packaging is no longer the easy-to-use pull tab container, but a slippery pouch.

The cat loved Complements. So I buy a lot at a time. Now I find that the packaging is no longer the easy-to-use pull tab container, but a slippery pouch. Impossible to open without using scissors. Can no longer give a spoonful to my cat and stash in the fridge (a prior container would last about a week as treats for her). Now, I have to surgically open the pouch and put it in another container so I can apportion the amount for the cat and still put the rest safely in the fridge. NOT POSSIBLE with the pouch. Why the change? While I am happy to have less plastic, I'm not sure the pouch is any more environmentally responsible. And it is impossible to open without causing liquid everywhere if not using scissors. I will not repurchase. Surely there are other products out there that does not require so much effort. I am sure the manufacturer will lose customers based on the many negative reviews (including this one) focused only on the packaging. Unclear if the contents are the same or not. Maybe just an attempt to provide less content for same or more price? Maybe.. Either way it is a hassle to give to the cat where it was a breeze previously.

My cats like compliments. However the new packaging is more difficult to use. I always chop the chicken up finer so it does not choke the cats. Now I have to

My cats like compliments. However the new packaging is more difficult to use. I always chop the chicken up finer so it does not choke the cats. Now I have to pour the broth in a bowl and then i have to pour out the chicken so I can chop it. then i have to clean off the chopping board or whatever I use. With the previous plastic package and cover I could remove the cover and chop the chicken in the plastic package. Then place the chicken in the bowl. It was simpler and easier with the former packaging.
