it is not dust free.
By Courtney on Jan 13, 2021
My cats really like this product, which is unfortunate because I don’t like it at all. It says dust free but there is a layer of brown dust in front of their boxes. When I clean out the box I start sneezing, my eyes start bothering me and when I went to blow my nose there was brown stuff on the Kleenex. It was definitely dust that had gone up my nose while I was cleaning the box. I’ve started wearing one of my face masks while cleaning the box but I worry about my cats inhaling it and it causing respiratory issues.

GREAT Litter BUT...
By Catmomma on Dec 31, 2020
the only reason why i dont like this - well actually two - is that it still tracks out - and being brown, you can clearly see it where it goes, but the bigger issue i have is the "powder" that seems to come out - when they kick to cover, or when i am scooping - it litterally covers things that are around and leaves a "film" of brown - dont know if there is anything the maker can do about that, otherwise i love it, keeps the smell at bay and it is so much healthier for their little feet than the other litters with all the chemicals. overall i like it

Cats Didn’t Notice
By Snoozie on Jan 11, 2021
I’ve been trying to find litter that is truly dust-free. My litter boxes are in my huge walk-in closet. Even the higher priced name brands’ “dust-free” litter keeps my surfaces and little-used clothing a lovely haze of gray. Although I’m still mixing to help my kitties transition, it seems that I’m on the road to solving this problem.

Should have listened to negative reviews
By KristyKat on Nov 29, 2020
This is not the worst litter but there is certainly better and for cheaper. It does not clump well(if at all, clumped until touched), as other reviews said, you need a scooper with large wholes. I didn’t think this would be a problem until the smell got SO bad. Between my daughter and I, we clean the litter box 2-3 times a day. But bc the urine breaks apart, doesn’t clump, it gets left in the box. Making it smell even when clean. Then I realized after a few weeks time my kitties have stained paws! They are all orange. It is also super dusty. Didn’t start that way, but got dustier as I used it.

Decent but a cloud storm
By EC05 on Dec 11, 2020
I was really enjoying this litter for the first 3 days, but then it started getting dusty... and dustier. There’s now an obvious dust throughout the box even after wiping it down, I cough when I scoop, and when I blow my nose it’s brown. Going to try the original formula since others say it’s less dusty - but still on the hunt.

Good But Not Great
By jacjan on Jan 3, 2021
This litter is good for odor control but it does not clump as well as clay. The reason I switched to this is because it doesn't stick to my cat's claws the way clay did. It comes down to what works best for your cat's needs.

Naturally Fresh Walnut Shell Cat Litter
By Peggy on Nov 12, 2020
I wanted to try a new litter for my two cats so I read some of the reviews about the Naturally Fresh Walnut Shell Cat Litter. Most of the comments were positive so I went for it. So far, I have only had it a short time but I like it because it is light and easy to scoop out of the litter pan. Also it doesn't seem to tract too much like my old one did. I am glad I tried it and like I said, it is new to me but I think it will be my new litter of choice.

Great product
By Catlady on Dec 11, 2020
I started using this six years ago because my baby Boo had respiratory issue. it works great. My Boo died in march 2020, but I have continued to use it for my new babies I like using it especially for my kitty who lives in a catery outside. works better than clay or corn litter.

Great stuff
By Beth on Dec 11, 2020
I have 2 cats, one who is particular about his litter. They both use this without issues. I find it is great with odor control and the clumping makes it easy to scoop. I appreciate that it is natural and sustainable as well.

Much more dust than the red Multi-Cat variety
By YellowLitter on Oct 31, 2020
We sprang for the "Ultra" variety after being happy with the Naturally Fresh Multi-Cat walnut litter (red bag). Wish I hadn't had a wandering eye! This yellow bag stuff, while effective, is far dustier than the Multi-Cat variety. And truth be told, there wasn't much of an odor issue with the other kind anyhow. We're fans of Naturally Fresh's walnut litter, but going to switch back to the red bag.
