Is the seafood wild caught or farm raised?

Answer by ChewyDec 08, 2022
Tuna is wild caught in the South Pacific Ocean. Wild Alaskan Salmon is the only salmon found in any of their formulas. Sardines and Mackerels are both caught worldwide by Purse Seining, but Tiki Cat ensures there is no ocean floor dragging to provide an eco-friendly food supply. Tiki Cat sources their products primarily off the coast of Thailand. Seabass and Tilapia are raised in aquaculture farms that provide them with a sustainable, ecofriendly food source raised in Thailand. Prawns and Baby Squid are wild caught off the coast of Thailand with small Purse Seins by local fisherman and are commonly found in every local farmer's market. Crab varieties are locally caught off the coast of Thailand, they primarily use a blue variety of Purtunus. For vitamins and minerals, Tiki Cat sources ingredients globally from pre-approved sellers to provide the highest quality ingredients in their foods.

Baked instead of processed

I use this dry food as a topper to keep up with my cats dental needs as well has to help her fiber intake. I have had her on this dry food paired with the tiki cat after dark wet food ( the lamb and beef liver kind to be specific) for about 5 months and it has greatly impacted her health positively. She used to throw up almost any time she would eat because she was on a much cheaper brand (meow mix) and since switching there’s been little to none of that. It’s also changed her behavior to become more vibrant and playful.

Great choice

This is a great dry food which is very high in protein. It’s takes some time to transition from the cheaper food but once you do you know your cats are eating something

Ever since General Mills acquired this brand my cat has been throwing up undigested food. Time to make the switch!

Kibbles approved by my cat

At last kibbles that passed the taste and digestion test and are not stuffed with "fillers". Although he is not always too crazy about chicken, he seems to be good

High protein- for now.

Cat loves this food so much. Way better protein content than most foods. I avoid a lot of chemicals that make me sick irl, and now after watching out, I realized

Cat loves this food so much. Way better protein content than most foods. I avoid a lot of chemicals that make me sick irl, and now after watching out, I realized a lot of mainstream foods have them in them (Mostly because everything is owned by the same people) So hopefully, after this review, the company who bought them out doesn't change the ingredients to add unecessary chemicals and reduce the protein content, because I will quit using it immediately.

Kitty loves it!

Recently adopted a cat, he was using another brand but didnt seem to like it. I did some research and found that Tiki Cat was a top brand for more affordable food

Recently adopted a cat, he was using another brand but didnt seem to like it. I did some research and found that Tiki Cat was a top brand for more affordable food that is still quality. Transitioned him to Tiki Cat, now he has not issues eating and will chase me when its time to refill his bowl. He also really likes the lick stick treats.
