Feeding Instructions

Pour over dry food or let them lap it up alone as a special treat.

Transition Instructions

The best way to transition to a new food is to switch gradually over the course of 7-10 days. For example, make a mixture that contains 25% of the new food and 75% of the old food and feed that for three days. Then make it 50-50 for three more days, then 75% new food and 25% old food for three more days. If your cat seems comfortable with this progression, you can start feeding 100% new food. If at any time your pet starts vomiting, has loose stools, or appears constipated, slow the rate at which you are switching the food. If problems continue to occur, consult your veterinarian.

    Best Broth

By LeLeKe on Jun 28, 2021

Our kitties LOVE this broth. They appear the moment I open a pouch and lap it all up. We are introducing new food and some days the kitties just don't want to eat it, so I pour some broth over it and it disappears. Only one complaint- it does contain a few chunks and shreds. The shreds always end up on the floor or left behind in the bowl. The kitties just don't like the feel of the shreds and they spit them out. A broth with just chunks would be perfect.

Great for sneaking medicine in it!

By Emma on Feb 3, 2021

I have three cats I’m recently transitioning from canned food only to mostly canned with some kibble. I’ve recently had to start hiding medicine in meals for one of them and this definitely helps make it more palatable for him. I drizzle half to a whole packet on his food and sort of poke it down so the gravy touches more of the food. It’s also nice to know they’re still getting extra moisture as I start giving them dry kibble more often. A small warning (only because my one girl has a very sensitive stomach), it does have strips of what looks like shredded chicken in it. If I have a little left, I’ll drizzle some on the food for my other two, but avoid getting those pieces on my girl’s food I have three cats I’m recently transitioning from canned food only to mostly canned with some kibble. Cats love Tiki Cat

By SMCRL on Apr 20, 2021

We use these more as a little snack than as a topper. One of our cats only likes gravy or broth, so she eats that and the other cat finishes up the shredded meat.

    Fish Fish Fish

By Jaii on Feb 6, 2021

My cat loved one of the Tiki brand wet food packs I brought her but I realized it had fish and had to stop giving it to her as she’s allergic to fish. I wish this company would exclude fish from at least a few of its products. All of their products include fish oil, fish bits, etc even in the farm animal flavors.

My cat loves Hartz Delectables, but they were out of stock. So I tried Tiki Cat, but Lovie didn't even taste after smelling !

    Good Idea but...

By MarM on Jan 2, 2021

Good idea but my cat decided she doesn't like it. She had become more picky and I have fed her Tiki cat for going on 7 years and now it seems she doesn't like much except Pure Bites which I mix in her wet food to help her want to eat.

    Make My Cats Crazy

By Jess on Nov 15, 2020

My cats go nuts when I grab one of these pouches. They'll try to climb my legs if I wait too long to put the bowls down and I have to dish it out in the locked bathroom to get some peace (I'm cheap, so I split the pouch between the two of them, put a splash of water in it and dump it into their bowls to get everything). They like all of the flavors, but this one was the cheapest. And unlike similar products from other brands, Tiki doesn't have sugar and unnecessary junk in it!

A Good Little Bit of Broth

By CatMamma on Feb 1, 2021

My cats seem to like these pouches. There's probably a little less than 2 tablespoons in them but they eat it up and then leave satisfied.
