What does "added color" mean?
Answer by ChewySep 13, 2018
Added color refers to materials which are added in trace amounts to enhance the color of the food. This ingredient reference would not include FD&C dyes which would need to be labeled differently. Examples of ‘added color’ would be iron oxides or titanium dioxide.

8 cats who are Tiny Tigers

I've used Tiny Tiger for almost 2yrs now when I first found out it was Amazon's brand. My cats only eat pate, don't care for chunks. I tried all flavors of Tiny Tiger. My cats are picky about the fish ones, so I started only using Turkey and Beef, they love both of them and no issues with nobody eating. And believe me, I've tried tons of brands prior to this.

One Bite Wonders

I have a reboot or rebrand name for ya - Zenna claims it to be a one-bite wonder. I've mashed it, hoping that would help. Nope. She will eat about 4 bites of the Salmon one, but refuses the Beef and Chicken ones. Wasted money ... oh,well. I'll donate to Port Orford Feral Cats ...

My Cats are getting tired of my "what's available choices"

This is OK for now. I know it can't be helped when the regular choices are backed up somewhere. My Cats are just getting tired of my choices. It's no blame to Chewy, it's everywhere. Chewy gets it and it blows out the door as fast as it's posted.

Not a good brand

First off I have 4 cats, 1 does not eat wet food, so he doesn't count on this review. My youngest (1-1/2 yrs.) cat gobbles anything up and eats this just fine. My other 2 older cats are having issues with it, 1 sticks her nose up at it and the other keeps vomiting it up. I always use Fancy Feast and thought I would try this, since you were out of a lot of flavors in FF. Big mistake.

Kitties love the Beef and the Turkey & Giblets!

First order I got the mixed case pate style in beef, turkey w/ giblets, chicken, the same mix as I had been ordering in Fancy Feast that was out of stock. They love the Beef just as well, and the Turkey & Giblets even more than the Fancy Feast version. The chicken is their least favorite of either brand. Not sure why my cats don't like chicken or fish flavors, they won't eat human cans of tuna or chicken either, lol. I have 3 kitties on meds every day (2 seniors & 1 with urinary issues). They gobble up their meds in this, must be lip smacking good! FYI -for kitties with urinary issues, I highly recommend the Cranberry Relief powder here on Chewy. Just add the very small scoop of powder to the can food, keeps me from having to buy the Urinary Formula cat foods just for the 1 cat.

My Cats Really Like This Food

I have very fussy cats. They liked the flavor and texture of this canned food. It was very moist (bonus) and seemed to be denser than most canned pate cat food. Very satisfied with it.

MY CATS WON'T EAT THIS

I have very fussy cats, (6). None of them would even touch this food. It was packaged fine and looked the same as their usual food, which is unavailable at the moment. I thought I would try this one because it is a beef pate and they usually go crazy over their usual. I am not putting this company down but my six furries just do not like it. Go figure cats !!

The most finicky cat

I think I’ve tried everything, doesn’t care for fancy feast or most other brands. I tried Tiny Tiger, most of all it reminded me of my cat and he liked it. It’s got all the good stuff and it’s very moist. My other cat, JoJo only eats dried cat food, still looking for the best for him. This household consists two inside, one outside cat, a dog and eight chickens and is constantly looking for something good and healthy.

Great cat food

This has to be one of the best pate cat foods on the market. It's a good nutritional food for your cat. Yes, it does contain meat by products but that's not a necessary bad thing. As cats in the wild do eat bones and other animal parts that we as humans would consider undesirable. It's the vegetable and grain that cats do not eat in the wild. Yes, cats have been seen chewing on grass. This is often a sign of an upset stomach and can be a clue to detecting parasite infestation.

Tiny Tiger

I am glad my cat is happy with this brand and is eating. Hope he continues. The only problem I have he only likes beef but I would like to change her habit and give her chicken or sea food sometimes. Maybe you can suggest or help to name something for trial with less cans like eight instead of 12 or 24 or more.
