I've been ordering these a few times now because my pups love them but we have experienced way too many scares with these! My baby girl almost choked today (again) and was yelping as it traveled down her throat! Never again! I thought originally she just chewed it incorrectly (the first time). Since they love them so much, I attempted to offer them again. However, this weekend was horrific and scary! Never again! Please be cautious with this product!
These are pretty good, quality can be a bit inconsistent but my dog loves them. They recently started individually wrapping them in plastic and I don't think it's necessary to have all that extra packaging. More waste and can be annoying to open each treat
These are the only things that take my dog awhile to chew through. They occupy her for a bit and seem too be easily digestible with no adverse effects on her stomach like some other bones/ chews
At first I thought the treat wouldn't last long but it does take them a few minutes to completely eat the entire treat. The treat does have an odor but it's not unbearable.
Using more natural products have found dogs happier better stool
Neither my collie nor my sisters mix would touch the trachea treats. Not sure what put them off. They did not have any strong odors but they left a bit of residue on my hands after handling. Packaging was good and price was reasonable. I donated to our local shelter and they were happy to get them.
I was hoping that this would last for a couple of hours as a treat while we went away. Sam crunched it in nothing flat.
I am one of those pet parents who pays close attention to the sourcing of what they feed their pets. So I was really excited to see tracheas from free-range, grass-fed cows that are manufactured and sourced in the USA. My dogs both love them, but unfortunately they give them both runny stools. So we won’t be getting these again. Next time I’m going to try sourcing raw tracheas and drying them myself.
Granted, they are fragrant - but my hound LOVES them I and like that she is getting a natural source of glucosamine that also satisfies her chewing drive.
All our dogs loves these. Be aware they have a smell but it’s not too bad. He lays on a towel and chewed away.
