Overall, this is a good unit. The instructions for set up were clear and understandable. The items work and charged well and all pieces were in the box. There were some instructions for use on the outside of the box. I only have one complaint and that is that the receiver is very large for a small dog. My pug mix is 19 pounds and it is large and heavy on his neck. However, the transmitter is easy to understand and use and connected to the receiver quickly and easily. I started at vibrate and I am still slowly trying to find the best level for my dog. So far it has been good and I’ll continue to use this tool in conjunction with positive reinforcement training.

I've used a beep collar for training my dog before, but it didn't take long for it to break after daily use. This one seems much more solid! The set up took a little longer, but still not more than 5 minutes which is worth it for a better product. I only use the beep function so I can't speak for the vibration, but the beep is loud enough to get her attention back on me when we need it. I only use the collar indoors, but it does come with a belt attachment and lanyard for people who need to take it out on adventures with their dogs.

Not to mention, I’m extremely impressed with how user friendly it is as I’ve never used one before. It’s very easy to use and gives you wonderful control of any and all levels of stimulation given. Plus, it has a marvelous range of transmission coverage, is really well made, and the battery lasts very nicely throughout any training sessions. I can’t recommend it enough!

#ReceivedFreeProduct I do believe this collar has helped my dog to better understand his boundaries and to improve his social skills. He was a jumper on people and especially small children. We began using the tones and did have to go to the shock level of the training at a lesser setting. I do appreciate the fact that there is a locking switch on the shock level so it can't be accidentally jumped up to a greater voltage. We used for several weeks and he has learned to stay in the yard, close by, and to not jump on anyone. This product has turned my unruly dog into a loving pet and gentleman. I recommend this it is a great learning tool. The tones are very effective in controlling behavior as well.
