Almost perfect

Love these tiny scissors, but wish the holes for your fingers were larger - my thumb keeps getting stuck, so I have to use my other hand to reposition the scissors

Love these tiny scissors, but wish the holes for your fingers were larger - my thumb keeps getting stuck, so I have to use my other hand to reposition the scissors. I have these small curved scissors and also the 7" curved. They both are extremely sharp and cut my Goldendoodle's hair well. I wish Tweezerman would make a straight blade scissor (with safety tip), so my dog's haircut isn't so uneven looking.

These are great for a small dog and for hair around the eyes/face. I have small/medium hands and fingers and these work for me, but I can see what others are saying--rethink

These are great for a small dog and for hair around the eyes/face. I have small/medium hands and fingers and these work for me, but I can see what others are saying--rethink these if you have medium/large hands and fingers. I am just not sure how you would use them.

Trimming the pantaloons

Princess Squeak has long hair and super puffy on her back legs. She has trouble keeping clean but is super cranky when I have to help her. These scissors are amazing

Princess Squeak has long hair and super puffy on her back legs. She has trouble keeping clean but is super cranky when I have to help her. These scissors are amazing and easy to use. I brush her and then trim the hair and she doesn’t notice. I highly recommend these scissors for cranky old cats that need detailed grooming.

Quiet, easy to use

Our baby girl has very long fur, even between her toes, making nail trimming even more difficult. Originally we had purchased an electric trimmer, but just the noise

Our baby girl has very long fur, even between her toes, making nail trimming even more difficult. Originally we had purchased an electric trimmer, but just the noise from turning it on scared her into hiding for a full day. I purchased these sheers instead and I'm able to safely and (relatively) easily trim the fur around her toes. I also like that Tweezerman offers a service for sharpening these, as they are a non-standard shape and finding a local sharpening service to do them would be difficult. I appreciate that sustainability piece, too.

Detail Work

This small little scissor with the bend at the end helps protect the little one's eyes from a poke and keep the cut shaped to their curves. I used it on puppy's

This small little scissor with the bend at the end helps protect the little one's eyes from a poke and keep the cut shaped to their curves. I used it on puppy's wild hair around his eyes that was making his eyes run. Whew! A real relief for the little guy and now he has a chance to rid himself of those tear stains on his white fur as well. On drawback--they are not as silent as some other scissors, which can startle a reticent pup.
