Ball Came Off 😔

Post does what it's meant to do, and the plastic ball at the bottom definitely keeps them entertained, but the soft ball hanging from the side of the post didn't survive for long. I received it and set it up Oct 2nd, and the soft ball was off less than 2wks later. I selected yes for recommending the product because I'm hoping what happened with ours is just a fluke. Good luck! 👍
