I am not impressed with this heated water bowl. For one; it is just a one-piece polystyrene bowl with a heating element built into it. No removable water bowl,

I am not impressed with this heated water bowl. For one; it is just a one-piece polystyrene bowl with a heating element built into it. No removable water bowl, meaning to CLEAN it, I have to unplug it and bring it into the house. NOT GOOD, not hygienic. Problem here is - this is the WINTER. I need (a heated water bowl) for our outdoor animals. I would return it, but I can't wait another three weeks for whatever replacement to come in. Because it's WINTER, and the animals need access to water NOW. Not impressed. Would not recommend.

If I could have gave 0 stars I would have. The packaged was not even boxed just a label on original packaging. Took over 2 weeks I side the continental US.
