Too light weight and does not last
I opened the package with great excitement. It turns out the scratcher is light and my cat flips it when playing on it. Within 4 hours the scratcher cracked. After a week it looks like the cats have used it for a couple of months. The corrugated cardboard is very soft and gets ruined by claws easily. The only plus was that the catnip was fresh.
Wavy scratcher
I was trying to find a scratcher like my old one. It was meant to fit on a plastic curved arch form. This seemed close but not what l was looking for. It was already coming apart when l took it from the plastic. Yes, l took off the sticker before reading a review that said it is needed to hold the catnip in the scratcher. It seems too cheaply made for the asking price. $10 or less would be more in line l feel.
Not durable at all
I don’t buy cardboard scratchers because I think they will last forever, I buy them because my cats like them. However, this one saw very little use and after only three days the sections of cardboard had separated. It must not have been glued properly. I super glued the parts back together but the cats rarely use it and I’m not sure why.
Happiness is a spoiled cat (or 5 spoiled cats)
We have 5 rescue cats who get along extremely well. When we got this scratch pad and put it on the floor they suddenly became territorial over who got to scratch and lie on it. Paws flew. Short story, ordered 4 more and now everyone is happy.

Wish you didn't have to leave the stickers on
I bought this when my kittens were too young for catnip and they didn't care for it. I took one of the stickers off because it just seems weird with them on, only to read that to hold the catnip you need to keep the stickers on. It could use a bottom to hold the catnip. I could only use catnip on half of it now. My cats do like it with catnip but rarely touch it. They still prefer the carpet and other scratching post.
