Falls apart - bad quality

The way this is cut (and uses no adhesive/glue/tape/fasteners) makes it extremely unstable and one of the walls would not stay in. It fell apart immediately before

The way this is cut (and uses no adhesive/glue/tape/fasteners) makes it extremely unstable and one of the walls would not stay in. It fell apart immediately before my cats could ever use it. Chewy support was great - this product is just a miss. If you can use tape to add support (I cannot because my cat is a criminal that likes to eat tape) then you might be good! But it's not worth a $19 price tag for a flimsy cardboard box.

I thought it was actually made of wood

Maybe I'm stupid and I didn't look close enough, but the title of the product implied (to me) that the box itself was made of wood, not that it had a wood pattern

Maybe I'm stupid and I didn't look close enough, but the title of the product implied (to me) that the box itself was made of wood, not that it had a wood pattern and made of thicker cardboard. I don't really mind this too much, but for the price it is and it only being cardboard kind of sucks. That, and also since my cat has a habit of biting anything cardboard and box-shaoed, means this thing is going to get ruined pretty quickly.

My cats love to sleep on scratchers and they love cardboard boxes, so this is a bit of a luxury upgrade to a basic box. I wish the sides were as thick as a regular

My cats love to sleep on scratchers and they love cardboard boxes, so this is a bit of a luxury upgrade to a basic box. I wish the sides were as thick as a regular cardboard box so it would be more durable - the sides are cardboard but not corrugated. Thinner. Not terrible, but wish it was a bit thicker. Overall I would probably buy again but I'll wait to see how it holds up.

I wanted a box that looked better than the random dirty shipping boxes that would sit around my apartment until I threw them out, and one that I could leave permanently

I wanted a box that looked better than the random dirty shipping boxes that would sit around my apartment until I threw them out, and one that I could leave permanently in a spot for my cat, and this fit the bill. It's just thin cardboard and not particularly high quality, but it definitely looks better than a shipping box. I taped the edges of the box because they were a little loose and then I put double sided tape on the bottom so that it wouldn't slide around on the hardwood floor. It took her over a week to sit in it, and even then she wasn't super interested until I added some textured packing paper that she already liked, and now she loves sitting in it periodically and sometimes even napping in it. She's a little over 10lbs and it's spacious for her.

Too small, flimsy

I have 2 of the Necoichi round bed/scratchers, well loved and lived in. This was nothing like that. I gave it 1 star for the scratcher inside. But the actual bus

Was a little disappointed when I realized it's literally just half a box and a scratch pad to put inside.. if I would of pay more attention would just order scratch

Poor quality. The cardboard is not thick enough and the slots that hold it together are not deep enough. Just putting it together I can tell that this is not going

I got this for my cat who loves a) to sit in things and b) to destroy cardboard. I previously hadn’t considered getting a cardboard scratcher for him because they’re usually ugly and messy, but this one is more attractive than most, and I thought it would appeal to my cat who prefers to interact with items he can also curl up in. It’s exactly what I hoped for. I put it on the threshold of my kitchen where he can sit, lounge, or scratch and watch me cook, make tea, etc. He uses it all the time.
