They actually work!

My girl spins in circles on the floor when her glands are bothering her and these wipes helped her with the discomfort!! She gets her glands expressed once a month

My girl spins in circles on the floor when her glands are bothering her and these wipes helped her with the discomfort!! She gets her glands expressed once a month and these wipes have helped in between when she’s feeling uncomfortable. They helped my boy stop scooting too. These medicated wipes do the trick. Plain baby wipes weren’t cutting it. Glad I took the chance and bought them. And they’re very thick and juicy lol. Great product!

These cat wipes are not helpful and cause harm due to the rough texture.

The pads have a rough texture which causes the area to become raw and sore even when used with the lightest of pressure.

These pads do offer some temporary relief. But so does the witch hazel on cotton gauze, which costs loads less.

PROBLEMS

Save yourself the hassle, the time spent on chatting, getting bounced around, then calling only to be told the item comes up as a prescription item on their end

Save yourself the hassle, the time spent on chatting, getting bounced around, then calling only to be told the item comes up as a prescription item on their end but they don’t know why, they checked it’s not and it’s not state based mandates requiring one. Chewy, it’s you not me. I don’t know what’s happening with this company lately or maybe it’s frequent orders placed lately as I have a sick dog and am only starting to realize how problematic things are at Chewy. I’m saddened and surprised but I’m not going to bring my business here anymore. Also, their solution was to cancel the entire order and replace it. My order also stayed in limbo, no one ever called to follow up and finally when i got in from work this evening did I get a chance to call only to be told the above info and asked to re-place my $200 order consisting of 10+ items. Another competitor is offering it at a lower price plus discount plus arriving tomorrow. Goodbye Chewy, we’re done.

Chewy doesn’t tell you that you need a prescription for this item!

I’ve been waiting a week for this item and a few other things I ordered for my dogs. I contacted them today and they told me I need a prescription for these wipes!

Nowhere on this page does it say a prescription is needed, nor did they send any email or specify in the order I placed. Don’t bother with this item. Unacceptable service from Chewy!
