The only way I can get my cat to eat it, is to crush it up into wet food. Can I give both to her at once in her wet food or do the 2 treats need to be split up during the day? She is onthe smaller side at 9 pounds if that makes a difference.

This product can be served at once or divided into two dosages.
Can these be given with other vetriscience products? My cat currently takes the renal essentials and Omega 3,6,9. I'd like to supplement with the hairball treats as well.

This product is for use by cats of all weight ranges. For General Skin & Coat Health give 2 chews daily. For Extra Support give 4 chews, twice daily for 2-4 days.

found a way for my picky cat to eat these

These chews are harder than some they make so he swallowed them whole and then threw them up. I now grind the chew with a mortar and pestle, then sprinkle it on his food and he eats it enthusiastically with no regurgitation. A very effective remedy for hairballs. The company also make a stress reducer called Composure (a softer chew) and it is also great.

My fluffy girl loves them

My girl is a big fan of VentriScience treats. She also gets the Lysine ones, so I tried these as well, because despite brushing her out frequently she still has hairballs. These have definitely cut down on the issue! She seems more comfortable.

Not for Picky Cats

I have 2 cats, one eats everything and one is very picky (I have yet to find ANY treat that one likes). My "eats everything" cat doesn't love these but will eat them, and she's the one who needs the hairball control most so it works out. So far they seem to work well! So it's a bit of a guess if your cat will eat them, but they do seem to work.

Hey, Mikie. She likes it!

OK, one finicky cat here and she MUST have some sort of hairball control -- not just the little "treat" morsels but what I call "kitty drugs" -- in order to not be tossing hairballs here and there. This seems to work AND she'll eat it. 2 Good Things. Will buy again.

Cats weren't interested

Our vet recommended these. My cats each ate one treat (or part of one) and then lost interest. I've tried offering them on a couple different occasions, but they just won't eat them.

Our Cat Won’t Touch Them

Our very hairball prone kitty who is never picky won’t touch these, unfortunately. He tasted one and then spit it out. We tried again the next day and he turned his nose up. I had hoped that with the decent reviews that he would also like these.

Kitties didn't care for the hairball chews

EXCEPT my fattest cat who doesn't have hairballs and gobbled them up like candy. Have not found anything that works for hairballs.

Good Treats

It is not the treats, it is my cats. They don't like them for whatever reason. So I won't be buying this product again. You know how particular cats can be.
