Our cat would not eat the pill. We crushed it and put in his favorite wet food.

It hasn’t been that long since we started using this supplement. So far, so good. Noticing slightly increased energy which we hope results in weight loss, longevity

I wouldn't call them chewable.

King Leon put one in his mouth and spit it out in 2 seconds. Leon did not care for the fish smell.

I got this because the "wet food" our one cat will only eat is the Reveal brand flaked fish stuff. A cat cannot exist solely on flaked fish. This was only ever meant as a treat, not a meal. I had been able to keep her diet more balanced until I had to restrict all kibble due to our other cat transforming from a skinny kitten into a fat adult. He'll eat ANYTHING, but my girl will not. She's finicky. So, I thought to boost their nutrition with these while I sorted out the kibble situation. The first time I opened them, Fat Boi wanted to know what I had. So, I gave him one (I was going to add it to his dinner in a little while, anyway, so why not?) Well, he tried. He tried so hard. He could not crunch through the pill. And he really really gave it his best shot. So, my plan was to just crush these and mix them into their wet food, like I did with a different brand's probiotics when the cats needed some. My girl refused her wet food with this in it, and Fat Boi ate about half. I guess they weren't fans. Next try was to halve one pill between them (so less strong of a flavour). Fat Boi was fine with that, but my girl, not so much. Ok, cut the pill in half, crush it, give half to each cat. Still a "no" from her. I gave up at this point. I found another solution to their kibble situation and Fat Boi's diet. But, when it comes to "chewable" - maybe for a dog? But, no way for a cat.

We have 4 cats who are always open to trying new treats! At first, they gave it a try and after one lick, a strong fish oil scent (?) surprised them (and me as well lol). They didn't seem to be too interested after smelling the strong odor, so I had to try again with fresh new tablets by hiding them inside a creamy/chewy treats. I think they realized that I hid it but they'd rather prefer it covered in other treats than to eat it alone as is. If your cat is also hesitant, try giving it with other treats :)

One of my cats would not touch these vitamins with a ten foot pole. The other cat will tolerate half a pill at a time if mixed well into her food. These are fairly large tablets for a cat. Definitely better to break them in half. Helps if you have a pill cutter.

I give these vitamins 5 stars because they’re from a trusted brand, recommended to me by a vet tech, and I feel good knowing my cats are getting the nutrients they need. That said, my cats are a bit picky. Salem will eat it on his own, but Spice needs a little trickery, so I hide hers in a pill pocket. They don’t go for it first, but I don’t blame them, vitamins aren’t meant to taste like treats. Overall, it’s a great product that helps support their health, and I’m happy with the quality.

I bought VetriScience Nu Cat Chewables, multivitamins for cats, 90 pieces, but instead of chewable tablets I got just tablets. The size of the tablets is very large. I was not warned about the release of a new product in a new package, so I am very upset, the cat does not eat them.
